  This is a really neat stop! The light house is super cute, they have a small museum right across from it. There are plenty of shaded areas to picnic. There are also plenty of spots along the rocks...  more »

  The lighthouse can get crowded on weekends, so if you're looking for relaxation, a weekday is a better choice. There are plenty of rocks to sit on to just relax, or flat areas to dip your toes in the....  more »

  A beautiful place. You can walk out on the rocks and watch the water move so gracefully across the stone. The sound can easily carry you away. The view-breath taking. The memory walk very touching. Loving messages carved in each brick. There is a Museum, also and exactly replica of the care station. I could just stay here for hours looking about. The light house, I can only imagine the people who have stood here over the years. Grand visit.

  We go there yearly. Always delightful. It is such a beautiful location. They have a nice 5 minute video overview in the carriage house now. They are opening anotherbuulding a expanding parking. Museum is worth the admission. I love climbing and sitting on the rocks, watching the lake and boats going by. Free to visit. Small charge for climbing to top of lighthouse and fee for the museum
