Marion is home to the annual Popcorn Festival close to Labour Day. That's because popcorn (the little ears) are grown and processed here whether Orville Reddenbacher et cetera.

I wanted to visit Marion, Ohio to see the Wyandot Popcorn Museum all year. It's home to popcorn wagons and peanut roasters. The museum is inside Heritage Hall which includes the history of Marion and my favorite display which was the scupltures made out of toothpicks. TOOTHPICKS!! Way cooler than popcorn! I went on the weekend of the Popcorn Festival so the museum was free. You get fresh popped popcorn when you leave. Whoo hoo!!
