For a very different view of the area, visit Cape Cod Airfield, which offers biplane rides, aerial advertising, and aircraft maintenance. During a short flight (15-35 minutes) in a Waco YMF-5 biplane, a replica of a 1930s design, you'll have a chance to see Cape Cod from a bird's-eye perspective. These flights are for one or two passengers, who ride in the front cockpit. The company also runs sunset tours, a good way to unwind and see the area in a different light at the end of a long day. Although the operator welcomes walk-in customers, reservations are strongly encouraged. Call or e-mail to book your flight and/or purchase a gift certificate for someone you love. Cape Cod Airfield is just one of the many highlights you can arrange to see using our , international travel planner Edition.

  • See the old planes and go sky diving too. Dirt airfield. The skydiving was popular. We also saw the biplane take off. Beautiful spot.

  • It's really impossible to explain how great the experience was; then we got in the plane to actually skydive. Awesome family environment with a few pups running around, music playing and places to sit while you mentally prepare to free fall at 173 feet per second. My instructor, Arnold, was a complete class act and inspired supreme confidence in me. Felt like I could run through a brick wall after hanging out with that dude. Clear instructions, lots of laughs and a safe mind blowing, exhilarating and fulfilling experience. So many adjectives to describe our day. Big thanks to Caitlin and Valarie aswel who made the whole process so easy and stress free. I'm really lucky to have had my first skydiving experience with them and I WILL be back.
  • A total throwback. Beautiful scenery from the air and the ground. One of the best airports I've ever had the experience to fly out of. I was lucky enough to work here for a season skydiving and my boss was an absolute blast. He and his father have run this airport at different times over the last several decades. The pair alone is worth the price of admission. If you get a chance go jump in one of their WACO biplanes or make a skydive during the season. You absolutely will not regret it. As someone who has been around aviation the majority of his life I can tell you from experience, this place will stay with you forever.
