  • Delicious and expertly prepared food made with fresh quality ingredients,, served by friendly and attentive waitstaff. We look forward to going in the spring, when we can walk the grounds.

  • Visiting and dining at Pickity Place is a unique and delightful experience. In regard to the dining, the taste and presentation of their selections is superb. The service is top notch. It is amazing how they are able to serve so many people so efficiently and expertly every day. They emphasize the connection of their establishment with the original Red Riding Hood illustrations, which is an enchanting theme. Many people we spoke with indicated that they make visiting Pickity Place a recurring experience; sometimes as often as once a month since that is the cycle of their changing menu. We will definitely be back again. Be forewarned, however, that getting there requires travelling some rough dirt roads for several miles.
  • Had a really phenomenal experience dining here for a Sunday lunch! Although their menu states “we are not responsible for food allergies,” we were able to call in advance, and they kindly accommodated us and provided more information about the ingredients in each course. We also had a one year-old in the group, and the staff was truly understanding and even brought out a cookie for him to help calm him down! The courses were filling, beautifully plated, and tasty. Highlights were the ripe melon soup and summer vegetable arancini! The complimentary drinks are lovely too—personal favorite was the strawberry basil lemonade.
