Macari Vineyards, Mattituck

I’m planning on visiting here on a Monday with a group of friends. I e-mailed Macari and haven’t heard anything back. I’m hoping my questions can be answered on here by management. On a Monday, do we need to do a tasting with a group of 8-10 people and if we do, can we do it outside? Are limos/vans allowed? And is the food truck available for guests during the weekdays as well? Thanks!!

This place has come a long way. They’ve added rooms for comfort and there are tables and umbrellas. Excellent cheese plate the 40$ one is a lunch for two people! Wine typical Long Island sharp, Sancerre- type crisp white wine. They go well with fattier meals. Overpowers fish imho.
