  • Fun tour at a fairly new distillery. Great tour guides and high end souvenirs. I predict they will do very well in the coming decades.
  • A great staff, a great tour, a cozy tasting room with a great vibe, and most importantly, a collection of the finest West Virginia whiskey produced and blended and/or aged in the state. The staff are a collective of very knowledgeable and endearing people who care honestly for their craft and work hard in all things they do, from the tastings and the tours to the dedication and attention to detail in every facet of their brand and product. Every visit is an excursion into the world of bourbon (and a short detour into some interesting rum) that leaves you more knowledgeable, experienced, and passionate about good whiskey. If you're ever driving along US219 near Maxwelton, you need to drop in by the airport and have a taste. Also, the chocolates. Try their chocolates and thank me later.
