Firekeeper Golf Course is an 18-hole course being built by the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation. Located just across the road from the Prairie Band Casino & Resort, Firekeeper has the potential to be one of the premier golf courses in the Midwest while providing jobs for both the tribe and for northeast Kansas. Four-time PGA TOUR winner Notah Begay III, the only full-blooded Native American on the PGA TOUR, designed the course with renowned golf course architect Jeff Brauer.

  Great layout and the best bent grass fairways that I have ever played on. Greens had been verticut and were very slow. The bunkers were horrible. Hope they get those repaired. Mostly dirt and not sure...  more »

  High School State Golf was held here-challenging course made more challenging with rain, cold & wind. This facility is a wonderful location with a difficult course. Friendly staff.  more »

  This is one of my favorite courses in Kansas. It is a meticulously maintained course and is a pleasure to play. It is challenging but the fairways are beautiful and the greens are well maintained. This is party is an annual overnight trip for me.

  Fantastic layout and great conditions, especially considering we haven't had much rain lately and it's been HOT (June 2018). I played 36 here (replay rate is half price) and enjoyed it thoroughly. Course definitely plays tough and especially so when it's windy. Worth the drive from KC and we'll plan to do it again soon.
