RoxyAnn Winery Tasting Room reviews
The tasting room is in a huge old barn with the most beautiful old wood floors I've ever seen. We had the flight of 3 wines (you get to choose from their selection of about 8 wines up on the board... more »
A fun tasting room with a nice balance of locals and tourists. Got a free sample of a new release of Voignier and it was quite good and stood up well to others we had sampled earlier. A very nice... more »
Place is clean - staff seem friendly enough - can be a little standoffish when busy or when someone isn’t drinking - the grounds are well kept - area is relaxing - option of honesty purchases of produce such as apples and pears is very comforting plus the pears are amazing here - a few suggestions - get an ice machine and offer non alcohol based drinks - add a few more entries to your food menu - to draw in and keep patrons who aren’t drinkers - my friend I went with thought that wine was better than averages- it did stain the glass which always impresses me - 3.5 stars - good place to chill
We stopped here on the way between Lake Tahoe and Portland as I have started learning more about Rogue Valley wineries and love the reds they have. I was expecting a tiny tasting room but found a charming beautiful bar and large tasting room with historic grounds that was hopping busy! Despite the busy crowd, Iman, our wine host, spent a good amount of time explaining the wines and giving us excellent service. We also walked around the grounds and sat at the Adirondack chairs and sipped and enjoyed the view. We really loved the Honor Barn Red and the Claret and bought bottles to take home. We will definitely be back and thanks to Iman for a great wine experience!
