Love Creek Orchards, Medina

Love Creek Orchards and The Apple Store are open year round to bring you some the best food and gifts in the hill country!

We arrive early, every morning, to bake some of the most scrumptious breakfast treats, cookies, and award-winning pies in all of Texas. We also carry several varieties of Apple Trees and even BIG TOOTH MAPLES! Not only that, we will take the time to show you when, how to plant, and even care for your new trees!

Then, in October, when the most beautiful weather of the season arrives, so does our Great Hill Country Pumpkin Patch! This is the only festival in the Hill Country designed for small children, and with lots for them to do, you'll find yourself making a day out of the fantastically fun events! We bring to you as many as six different types of pumpkins, each pumpkin healthy and unique, and you choose the ones you want! Come join the fun this October!

  • First off the burgers and ice cream were excellent but...... Let people know the pickles on the burger are spicy not everyone likes spicy my poor boyfriends mouth was on fire I’m glad my little girl ordered chicken nuggets There wasn’t enough outdoor seating so we were stuck inside cramped people bumping into us while we were eating. It was so hot we couldn’t finish our meal and my daughter over heated quickly we had to take her outside to cool off with water! I love Apple pie but their “famous” Apple pie was horrible it tasted like boiled apples with a hint of cinnamon but no sugar! It was so bland! The crust just tasted like flour. I’m not a picky person but I honestly had to spit that out that was the second worst pie I’ve had. Maybe it was a bad batch or someone forgot to use sugar??? We went to go Apple picking with my little girl but that was closed no orchard anything til October you think they would post that on their Facebook page or website or tell us that over the phone when we called? And when we went down the road I saw a few small trees it was very sparse. And as crowded as that place gets only 2 bathrooms that’s ridiculous especially when you have a large group of kids in front of you. My father has trouble walking so if you have elderly people with you the ground is very uneven and a lot of gravel not cane friendly! We were going to do the pumpkin patch in October but I think we’re going to go the other farm near us. So all we did was eat quickly and leave since their were no activities Such a shame
  • This was a great family friendly place to find. I love the fall, and my experience here only made the season better. Love Creek Orchards has a lot of great things to do for kids of all ages. Even my teenager enjoyed herself. Parking is plenty and easy to navigate although one does have to cross a street. Even so, traffic is really friendly, and the crossing is quite easy. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
