  • Great windmill, saw a 200 yr old grandfather clock. Took a tour of the beautiful historic house with its lavish but comfortable furnishings and library and watched an informative movie on the life of former President Garfield. I came away feeling I was able to connect with how he lived and thought back in his day. Well worth the visit. As I am a dog lover I identified with his love for dogs and was amused at their "Bark Ranger" program.
  • Amazing piece of history with the friendliest, most-knowledgeable guides you'll find. So many original artifacts from President Garfield and his family fill the beautiful home. Learn new nuggets about President Garfield every time I visit, especially how forward-thinking he was about Civil Rights. Definitely worth a trip and visit!
