NASA Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex Reviews
There is a great itinerary of learning experiences and activities for all ages. We spent at least 7 hours there, and still couldn't see everything! more »
Our family with children aged 11 and 9 enjoyed a full day at Kennedy Space Centre with the Bus Tour being the highlight. We even got to see a Space X rocket being taken up to its launch pad for... more »
This visit was the highlight of our holiday. It was the most amazing place and we were not able to see everything in a day so we plan to visit again. The Center provides some fantastic information on the history of space travel and all families should go here. Great value for money. The Apollo adventure is the most factual story ever and fetches back great memories. Excellent! Mike. UK.
Amazing day. We spent 7 hours and didn’t get to see everything and we didn’t do any extra tours. There is a lot to see and it is all amazing. Highlights are the Atlantis shuttle and the Saturn V rocket. The bus tour(included in standard ticket) took you up to and around the big and iconic assembly building and the newly configured launch pads for Space X and ULA. At the Atlantis shuttle we were able to talk to a former NASA employee who used to be in charge of getting the some of the shuttles ready after a previous mission. We were able to hold some of the thermal tiles and blankets on the shuttle. He was also able to help us understand some of the logistics behind deploying and maintaining satellites. Food is standard fare but reasonably priced (not too much of a gouge). Parking was $10. Easy drive from Orlando (just under an hour)
