    Sadly I got there only an hour before it closed and did not have time to have a leisurely look at everything. They have some great exhibits! My favorite was the Governor Rose Mofford exhibit. So many....  more

    Good museum with a focus on the local Miami/Globe history. Exhibits cover mining, ranch life, Arizona's first female governor, Rose Mofford, and Miami's Mexican heritage, among other things.

    This is a wonderful museum and well worth the visit. Its displays are well curated. Make your way all the way to the back where there is a beautiful mural of the numerous ecological systems in Gila County. You will be surprised and delighted. The director and all the volunteers do an exceptional job.
