Saint Francis de Sales Catholic Church, Miami Beach

This is a place needed every Sunday. I am from NY and I make sure to find a church I can attend my weekly mass. The place where we all are 1, 1 in the father, we are all family. If you are having a ruff day or week this is the place to feel better and ask for forgiveness, which both will be bestowed upon you. I felt like I was at home with my family. My husband and I attend the Sunday 8 AM Mass. We usually sit in the second or third row on the left (looking at the alter). You can’t miss us: I’m a short blond and my husband is a tall African American stud muffin. 🤗 You will usually seeing us serving as well: he is a lector (very good one!) & occasional Eucharistic Minister, and I am a Eucharistic Minister and Lector occasionally. The church is located in South Beach so if you’re vacationing, we invite you to our humble church. We love visitors. And if you live in the neighborhood, we welcome you as well, regardless of your religion. The more the merrier! I invite you to please come say hi and introduce yourself to us! We love our Priest, Fr Gabriel. He is an incredible human and has a great sense of humor. He also gives great homilies. We also have several “regular” visiting Priests. Some of our favorites include: Monsignor, Fr Kent, & Fr Joe Morton. Our church also offers opportunities to get involved in various ministries, religious education, services for Sacraments, & our active young adult community.
