Excellent arena, the lines are set up well coming in and out which helps expedite entry. The many Heat stores and food options make it easy to get food or buy Heat gear. The DJ and fan shows are great and it’s an excellent Miami and Latin experience. The fans are great and the noise level makes the games even more exciting! Definitely one of the best arenas in basketball

Always a pleasure visiting the FTX Arena, (formerly American Airlines). Very well organized venue. Friendly staff. Nice views from the city. Heat games are so entertaining for the whole family. Kids lost their voice cheering for the team! Recommended. Let's go Heat!
