Everglades Airboat Expeditions, Miami

We visited Everglades Airboat Expeditions today and had an amazing experience! We were greeted in the parking lot by Nick who was extremely cordial and helpful in regards to getting us prepared for our tour and a few other logistical matters. Our tour was led by Capt. Moe who was incredibly knowledgeable about the complex and one of a kind ecosystem that is the Florida Everglades. Listening to Capt. Moe speak about this fascinating environment it was very clear that he has a deep and personal connection with this landscape and the diverse organisms living within it. As a middle school science teacher, I had many questions for Capt. Moe. He did a fantastic job of giving me an ever better understanding of this area than I had prior to the tour - thanks for being so supportive of my curiosity!! It is obvious that Capt. Moe values the preservation and restoration of the Florida Everglades. His passion for this land, and giving his clients an unforgettable experience shines through on his tours. Thank you once again Moe and Nick and the rest of the crew at Everglades Airboat Expeditions for the awesome tour. Fun and informative. When we first arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and conversation to fill in the time while the boat arrived. It was evident that Captain Billy was very familiar and comfortable navigating the Everglades. We stopped several times on the tour to view the wildlife, he was able to discuss the history and wonders of the area. He knew exactly where to find the gators and see various species of fish. Our teenagers thoroughly enjoyed the ride as well. Thanks again for a great time!
