Richard's Gems and Jewelry, Miami

I was not asked or encouraged to write this review. I just wanted to share my personal experience. Today was my first first in person visit to Richard’s.(I follow their IG) I wish I had made the trip sooner! They have a playground of items and the expertise/eye to design you anything you want should you need. Most importantly, you are treated like family. You do not get asked or pressured to buy a thing. I bought a beautiful piece from Fernando and it will not be my last. I am grateful and thankful to have found a place I can both enjoy and trust in the experience and leave with a piece I love.

This place is amazing. I had an issue with a piece of jewelry of mine, I came in their store and Mr. Sam Z., helped me right away, he was very welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. Will highly recommend them, and will be sure to come back. Thank you ☺️
