Judging by the inscription on the left side it must be dedicated to the memory of JFK. Lots of beggars and homeless at night. Just nearby stands a monument of Juan De Ponce - Spanish discoverer of Florida. Shame on Google Map that its not listed on G Maps.
Beautiful downtown Miami monument. Was photographed with alumnae from my Alma Mater, Smith College, in front of the moment before going into Bayfront Park Amphitheater for the Miami Womens March on Saturday, January 21st, 2017 - 10,000 strong!
