Brewery · Hidden Gem · Food & Drink
Brenner's passion for crafting delicious beer and his lifelong devotion to Milwaukee's arts and music scene, has led to the creation of Brenner Brewing's "12 Ounce Ambassadors." Each style of beer features the artwork of a local artist and comes with a soundtrack featuring the music of local bands. As Brenner Brewing's distribution expands so does the awareness of Milwaukee's incredible arts scene.

Brenner also opened a 25,000 sq ft arts incubator in the building with the brewery which features a 2,000 sq ft contemporary art gallery and 20 artists' studio spaces. Come visit the brewery, tasting room, and art gallery soon.

  • We are in town checking out the local breweries and this was on the radar. Pretty good beer and friendly staff. It's a must stop at place.  more »

  • Went on the tour and had a fantastic experience. The owner Mike Brenner gave the tour personally. He is incredibly talented and friendly. His beers are very very good. Would highly recommend seeing what he has created, experiencing his beers, and looking for it in stores and bars. Great Job Mike. Looking forward to your future success and new creations!!
  • Been to plenty of craft breweries in and around the city center, I'd categorize Brenner's as average. That's not a bad thing but nothing really sticks out here as memorable. The beer was average with a small selection of drafts on tap and the space lacked that unique draw or style. They do have a garage door that opens up during nice weather days and that's a plus (but many of the other places have that option as well) , they also had some really cool 80's tunes playing as well. The server was very nice and friendly, talkative and helpful with the beer selection. The bar top seats around 12 with some really uncomfortable stools which makes chilling and enjoying your beer a bit tedious and not so pleasant. I'd come back again but there are other places that would draw me.
