Joined the Danish American Center in 2018 when we were looking for a cozy setting to host Mom’s Celebration of Life. So glad we did. Not only was it the perfect setting, but the support staff couldn’t have been friendlier. Nestled along the Mississippi River, I’m now attending the Onsdag frokost (Wednesday lunch) and æbleskive breakfasts to get to know the members better. There are multiple weekly offerings to do just that. It has been a thrill to reconnect to my Danish heritage and language via the Danish American Center. Tak for det!!
