The 67,000 square foot facility, located west of Minneapolis, includes a full service spa, fitness center, exercise studios, lap and water water pools, unique conference spaces, meditation tower, retail shop, overnight guest rooms, child care, and restaurant. The Marsh is open to the public.

I had lunch in the dining room with a nice view of the marsh. It was the perfect setting for a long conversation and an unhurried meal. I'm grateful that our server did not rush us. We both had salmon on greens that included cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and avocado. The only complaint I have is the roll which, while freshly baked and warm, was nothing special. A baguette or hard roll would have been much better.
There's no place like The Marsh. They offer group fitness classes and / or private trainers, have a wonderful restaurant, a spa, a shop, and great meeting areas as well as quiet meditation areas. Saunas, swimming and therapy pools, and hot tubs are also available for use. Out the back door are walking / hiking / running trails through the Marsh. Educational classes or talks on nutrition, heart health, stress management, and other important topics are scheduled throughout the year. Additionally, they have happy hour late afternoons during the week, and live music on Wednesday and Saturday evenings.
