  • We visited for a field trip, and our tour guide was absolutely phenomenal with children! We learned a lot of local history and railroad history. Definitely a great value for the price. We will be back!
  • We made an appointment to see the museum while in Minot for a family visit. Housed in an old lumber supply building, and wedged between two rail lines, there are three floors of (primarily) Northwestern and Canadian Pacific Railroad related hardware and memorabilia, pictures, archives, and displays. In the basement is a huge, operating N-scale layout! Outside are a few cabooses; one of which is 100 years old that they are working to restore. A great place for rail fans and everyone to visit. If you are in the area check their hours and stop in (and if you live in the area consider volunteering!).
