    Quaint little chapel with wonderful history to read about. Nice park next to it to enjoy a picnic lunch or a cool drink.

    Nice clean park, several picnic tables, and they have rest rooms. It was locked. We got to take some pretty pictures.

    This church was originally built in 1865 as a chapel that was nearby the original mission, which has since burned down. The site is down a steep dirt road and also has a original orno or stove on site. Taking off one point though because there are definitely a lot of mosquitoes and remaining in the chapel is almost impossible due to the swarms of mosquitoes you are bound to encounter. Another group of visitors was forced to leave because of how many were there. Conclusion? Come check out the mission but please bring bug spray!
