Explore the dramatic landscape of Arches National Park, known for the highest density of natural arches in the world. Stop at the visitor center to learn more about the origin of these colorful geological formations and to replenish your water supplies. The red-rock wonderland of nearly 2,000 stone arches, soaring pinnacles, and massive balanced rocks is especially inspiring at dawn and dusk. Some locations within the park cannot be visited without a ranger, so reserve your spot on the tour on time. Most tourists limit their visit to just driving through the park, but the more adventurous can also choose to hike, cycle, backpack, or camp. • One of my new favorite national parks! There aren’t as many hiking trails as many others but the geology is breath taking. It’s very accessible and we’ll certainly be back next time we’re in the area!
  • It's REALLY nice to just walk around for a little while, I wouldn't call it a hike though (But hey that is probably what most people want). It can get a little crowded but you should always be able to take good pictures without anybody on them, but you might have to walk a few meters more than others
