  • If you have read Harper Lee or Truman Capote, and you are there, you MUST stop in. If you are there for their play of "Mockingbird', so much the better! The folks running the place are wonderful, as they spent half an hour trying to find walking stick badges for us. Don't let the $5 admission scare you, as we almost did. The BEST $5 we spent! And walk the grounds, see the sculptures and monuments. 12 out of 10!
  • This historic courthouse is associated with the book and movie To Kill a Mockingbird. Information boards inside the historic building tell the story of the architecture and its association with Harper Lee's masterpiece.
