  • The 45 minute salt cave session is an amazing and unique experience. The ambiance of the cave with mood lighting and soft, soothing music will put you in a state of nirvana. The time passes quickly...

  • I promise I never been to a place like this and it was one of the best experience I ever had, so peaceful and you can just sit and meditate, relax the mind.

  • from the booking to the actual check in with Regina, it was seamless. booking online is most recommended. when i walked in, i felt calm and relaxed. they offer water and tea. along the walls and at the cash wrap, there were so many things to purchase as gifts for yourself or others. rock jewelry and bath salts... i was tempted to buy everything there. but let me ease into that before i go on a spree. we placed our shoes outside of the cave. they give you a plush blanket to use. many sanitary practices! i love it. PLEASE WEAR COMFY/THICK SOCKS! i have Neuropathy and didn’t wear thick socks... but thin dress socks. it was painful for me to walk on the rocks. i’m sure it’s exhilarating for others who don’t have nerve damage, but i was experiencing a lot of discomfort getting to my leather chair. once sitting on the comfy Laz E Boy, i was ready for my session. the music inside the sparkly cave helps you get into the zone... it was beautiful in there. i was with one other person in a huge cave. we both inhaled and exhaled together... you shouldn’t leave your face mask on... the intention is to breathe in the salt. i couldn’t have been more comfortable and happy... i fell asleep and woke up to our session finished. i would highly recommend this place for the health benefits... but overall, the service and care of the staff... i scheduled two more sessions!
  • The place is a few blocks away from 14st Union Square. When you walk in you are greeted by a one man band staff, a very nice lady who does it all. In the reception, a beautiful rustic design room you can find anything with himalaian salt: stones, necklaces and others. You don't need special clothes to get in the cave. You only remove your shoes and walk into this sandy cave with rocky salty walls, reclining chairs and a fireplace emulation. You will get a sheet cover since the place is chilly. It is very relaxing and you may fall asleep with the sound of waves and relaxing music while looking up at a star like flickering ceiling lights. There are 13 reclining chairs, so silence and punctuality are essential. Once you walk in she will play a little meditating explanation tape about the cave spa. I had the whole place to myself and dedinetely felt my sinuses improved after it.
