The 100´ Princess Monterey and the Greatland are the largest and most comfortable boats operating in Monterey.

The best whale watching experience ever! We took the 9am boat ride and saw many humpback whales within the first hour! The weather was amazing! Definitely need winter jacket and winter hat because it’s cold! We arrived early and we were able to board the boat immediately to sit down and chill (unlike other companies’ boat, they make people stand and wait in line before 9am). The boat is big (2 stories) and the ride was smooth and lesser bumps. Definitely would come back again!

I don’t write reviews that often but this experience made me come here and write how amazing the tour was. I am beyond happy that I chose this tour. We saw whales from so close and so many of them. The tour guide kept giving us knowledge about different whales and their behavior. Vessel driver did a great job of going near whales at the same time not disrespecting their boundaries, but observing them silently. You should definitely GO FOR IT! Plus make sure the months and temperature are favorable to spot whales.
