The Orange County Arboretum is located in the Thomas Bull Memorial Park, Hamptonburgh, New York. The 35 acres of rolling former pasturelands and wooded areas are an environmental resource and garden whose primary purpose is the display of tree collections. These collections are placed to contribute to a learning experience organized around botanical family relationships, tree habitats and wetland characteristics.

  • We visited in November while personnel were setting up the annual Christmas light displays. The grounds are not large but are well kept and there are a number of place to walk around. Not many...  more »
  • This place is really nice. It's a small arboretum but a good walk around while taking pictures and such would take anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour. It is the best thing we did the day we were.....  more »

  • Absolutely beautiful ! Attended a wedding there, and I would love to have mine there as well ! Very clean, very peaceful. I loved watching the butterfly's and other creatures enjoying the flowers ad much as I did. All the plants/flowers/trees were very kept. Hardly a leaf out of place ! Absolutely gorgeous.
  • Just spectacular botanical displays. The stone gardens are outstanding. We had planned a simple walk but the arboretum made the walk exotic.
