  • Absolutely unbelievable! There are just no words to describe the magnificence and magnitude. It’s like every western movie you’ve ever seen! We went before 8 a.m. and it was nice and uncrowded, with beautiful blue skies and bright sunshine. We took the scenic drive—it’s bumpy and rough in spots and of course dusty, but we were in our truck so it was okay. The views are fabulous. The gift shop & restrooms are nice.
  • Just incredible scenery, take the loop drive if you have a PU or 4 wheel drive although I have seen regular cars out there. so much more to see then the Visitor center(which is top notch) when we went there was a couple of vendors way on the other side with water, snacks and jewelry. way cool rocks
