  • I was in Denver, Colorado for a weekend and wanted to surprise my girlfriend with something special. Since she is an avid llama lover, I searched for alpaca/llama farms that we could visit in the surrounding area and quickly found the website for Peak Ranch Alpacas. It was right off the highway and we found it on the end of a dirt road. Although we weren’t exactly sure where it was on the road, we quickly found a large sign that indicated that we had arrived at our destination. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the owners and were offered a tour of the quaint farm. We were able to pet the llamas, ask the owners questions, and visit the alpaca store. If you love llamas and are looking for a fun place to visit for 20 minutes, this will be a great place to go.
