The first "corporate headquarters" for Dale Earnhardt, Inc. was a three-bay garage where Dale had an office.

As the need for additional space for racecars and equipment grew, Dale and Teresa Earnhardt moved the offices into a brick house located on Coddle Creek Highway. There were five offices for a handful of employees with Dale Earnhardt, Inc. fielding a part-time Busch Series team for its namesake.

Years of racing success followed for those who Dale and Teresa hand-picked to race. Their on-track success led to new intitiatives, a new building, and eventually, the Dale Earnhardt Foundation.

The small garage would become a multi-building, fully-functioning complex, built to spec in the exact vision of Dale and Teresa.

Dale Earnhardt, Inc. continues full force operation with activities in racing, philanthropy, and Dale’s legacy.

Still built from the dreams of that small garage.
