  • Such an amazing site to see. The amphitheater is amazing in person, the surrounding trails and scenery as well. It was a beautiful day in Morrison.

  • The Park and access to the music stage has seen many changes and improvements since I was there 25 years ago, Walking trails, some with asphalt, have opened it up for more hiking opportunity. But...

  • Red Rocks is so iconic it's hard to leave such natural beauty anything less than a full 5-stars. Plan your trip accordingly by reviewing the various parking lots. The lowest lot provides an excellent hike with a decent incline and awesome views. The highest parking lot is right next to the amphitheater and makes it very easy for those who prefer not to hike. There are lots of steps here! It is handicap accessible but not all locations are easily accessed. Regardless the view is fantastic. Bring water, hat, sun block, and appropriate clothing!
  • The views are stunning. Loved being there. The top is pretty windy if you plan on eating (hang on to your napkins!). Sound was maybe a bit low, though that may be just local ordinances. They allow soft sided coolers with plastic non-alcohol beverages... Handy. Also highly recommend getting a shuttle to and from if you can - that was awesome!
