A fun family experience. The VIP experience, which I normally see as a rip off, is a must have for those wishing to see as much of the action as possible. Staff were helpful and professional and the narrator was informed and insightful. Not needing to be asked questions is a good sign you have hit the mark, though she still left time to make rounds around the boat for any that may have been asked. Couldn't have asked for a better time on the pond.

I took my mom to pacific grove for mother's day and wanted to take her to do different activities. Whale watching was one of them. After reading the great reviews...I decided to book with this company. When you show up there is a parking lot which cost 10.00 in cash. You must fill out a slip and put it in an envelope. There is free street parking but it is scarce and you must make sure you can park there. The sea Goddess has a trailer in the parking lot where you check in. Inside you can buy hats...sweatshirts..ect if you want. You will get your boarding pass here. Then behind you is a green boarding sign..thats where you will wait to board. The boat us pretty big with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. When you leave the dock your first introduced to wonderful sea lions playing...otters...birds...its so cute watching them play. Then you go out to the open waters and they were very diligent taking you to see whales. We were blessed to see many. It was a wonderful trip and would definitely do it again. I recommend getting the front of the boat.
