    I spoke with Amanda on Friday and she had to confirm the product I requested was available and call me back. She called me today as promised, incredibly polite, courteous, and friendly.     I have been receiving your Price's Annaclairs from my daughter now for several years for birthdays and Christmas. I grew up with them when Price's was in Kansas City. They were wonderful until last year, when they were gritty. You sent me replacements, but even those were gritty, though less so. I am pleased that Christmas of 2022 brought a present from my daughter of Annaclairs, and they were back to your old standards - excellent. No undissolved sugar. Thank you.
