Miners Falls is a waterfall located on Miners River in the western portion of the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore in Alger County, Michigan. The falls drops about 40 feet (12 m) over a sandstone outcrop with a 10-foot (3.0 m) crest. The falls can be accessed by a 0.6 mile gravel path, with stairs leading to a lookout.

  • Beautiful walk in the woods to see a great waterfall. Definitely go to the lower observation deck for the best view. Fairly flat path. Would be good with kids.  more »
  • We saw the falls with Lake Superior Ice Cave Tours. We had a nice walk about 1/2 mile up to the viewing area until we got to the steps that were very icy and dangerous for even ice cleats. We were.....  more »
