  • A good museum with a great overnight experience. Interesting exhibits from World War II on both the Pacific and European fronts. I enjoyed seeing the nurse recruitment posters and other contributions from women. The videos about the sub provided a good description of what we would see below. Good selection of souvenirs in the shop. I highly recommend visiting with scout troops. Our girl scouts loved it.
  • It's a book ship, people share book's for other's to enjoy. If you have any books you don't know what to do with, You can put some in places like this. This one is located out front of the Silver Side's Museum in Muskegon. It's nice to visit and look at some of the books you might like to read, and at time's people even put sticker's, little toy's in there for children. Check it out while your visiting the area, along with the great museum and submarine there.
