  • Good place to attend a concert. Most seats are decent. If you are up high, the escalators get a bit crowded. As do the restrooms. Parking is awful. It’s usually close by, but you’ll pay, and it will b...  more »
  • Attended a concert at Bridgestone. I found the seats to be comfortable and the concessions and bathrooms to be conveniently located. Only bad thing was an inability to buy a beer because I left my ID ...  more »

  • What does Michael W Smith surround event which was bringing all the churches in Nashville together worship and pray for our nation. The arena was packed and it was a Spirit-filled night. The theme of the evening was to bring Unity back to our country which is a great idea. I think this was a start in Nashville to take it across the nation. Churches have to come together to bring our country back together. So awesome.
  • Awesome place to enjoy a hockey game or to enjoy a concert. Try to get Lexus lounge passes and get free food and drink during the game... you don’t have to worry about getting into one of the busy restaurants around the arena ahead of time then. When you buy concert tickets be sure to look at the seating chart so you aren’t turning your neck too much. Seats on the floor close to the stage are obviously awesome but seats in the first bowl are usually great too as long as you aren’t turning your head too much
  • Excellent concert experience. Concessions are quite expensive, of course, but that's to be expected at any concert venue. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was lots of security so I felt safe having my kids there. The building was clean and easy to navigate. There was a good view of the stage even from the cheap seats up top.
  • Thanks to the great staff that took care of us. We got tickets to see Jason Aldean when they first came out. The first of June, I became partially paralyzed and ended up unexpectedly in a wheelchair. The concert wasn't until September and we seriously considered cancelling our trip. We are so glad that didn't happen. The staff in guest services went out of their way moving our seats to accommodate us. Security not only directed us to the elevators but they walked with us holding doors and making sure we found our way. The ushers made sure we were settled in and comfortable with our new seats. This may be common courtesy at the arena but we certainly appreciated the extra attention we received.
  • We saw Journey & Def Leppard here. Fantastic concert! Great sound!! Many food options. We got the BBQ pork plate from the stand that said BBQ. It was delicious!! Baked beans were terrific! Mac n cheese was pretty good. There of course are not enough bathroom stalls for the ladies! You would think this problem would have been solved by now. Take more of the men's stalls for this because you don't see men standing in ridiculously long lines like the ladies do. It is absurd. Also, toilet paper and soap both ran out. :( And there needs to be some brainstorming about how to empty out the arena in a quicker fashion. If this could be better/quicker that would be wonderful. Overall it is an excellent venue. The aforementioned criticisms would not keep us from returning.
