  • You show up for your designated tour time, go on the tour, and have a tasting of various items at the end of the tour. The end. Pretty standard understanding of how this works. The history is pretty interesting and ties to Belle Meade plantation and horses. I highly encourage you reading about it if you have time about the distillery. Ben was super nice when serving our group the tastings. He was cute, too! Never hurts to have a good-looking man who provides you insight on the tour plus serves you alcohol. This tour was a refreshing change from one of the bigger whiskey stops because it is obvious that these people actually enjoy being here and care about their product unlike say - Jack Daniels - that is overkill and overdone in my opinion. They have quality whiskey that would suit anyone's palette. I personally loved the rye whiskey the most though. Stop in and enjoy your visit. Leave the kids at home though, they can't come on the tour.
  • This tour was one of the first things we did during our trip to Nashville and it was a great way to kick things off. The tour is definitely worth it even if you just enjoy the whiskey tasting at the end. That said, I found the history of the place to be very cool, and the product they make is certainly high quality. Very friendly staffed talked to us for 10 or so minutes after the tour and gave us a ton of suggestions for local spots to hang out, too! Certainly worth checking out regardless of your love or hate for whiskey.
