Administered by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs, it encompasses 25.7 acres (10.4 ha), and as of the end of 2005, had 7,154 interments.

  • This is a beautiful 100 acre cemetery with graves dating back before the Civil War and many Confederate graves. The grounds are very well manicured . It is a labyrinth of black topped driving paths...  more »
  • Beautiful, calm and serene. Well kept, and historic. Took a drive through and walked some. Always interesting to read some headstones. You see the various family names through history from the area, and sometimes short stories of their lives. Very interesting place.
