  • We took our 9 year old son to shark school. It was very informative. The biologist leading the class had great personality, seemed knowledgeable, and was great with the kids. I recommend this class...

  • A really great place to go on a rainy, windy day on the beach. It was really cool to see a sea turtle in real life and the staff was friendly and informative. A few other animals to see as well. I...

  • We loved this place! My family visited recently while vacationing in Navarre. My small children fell in love with Sweet Pea and we made fast friends with a friendly guide who educated us on all aspects of sea turtle conservation. My kids will definitely ask to go back to check in on Sweet Pea the next time we are there. Also my kids are now asking for red filters on our flashlights when we look for crabs at night and they are closing our condo blinds at night so as to not confuse the sea turtles. Wonderful experience!
  • Beautiful little conservation center, with one large tank and a small aquarium in back. Tour involves 10+ minutes standing beside the main tank, watching the "featured" sea turtle swim while you listen to a short informational lesson plus Q&A session. Your group is then dismissed to the back "aquarium", a small room with approximately 10 tanks with as many small animals. The center also includes a nice gift shop. This is no Sea World, but a quick dive into ocean conservation and a fun 30-minute detour. A much-needed social education, good cause, and a worthy stop for every tourist.
