  • An elegant and lovely museum, with highlights from the archeological excavation of Ozette village. The longhouse exhibit is wonderfully immersive. Well worth the drive!  more »
  • No pictures allowed. Good layout & lighting, friendly Makah staff, really interesting artifacts with good descriptions & outlay, including two large oceangoing canoes which surprisingly aren't cordoned off. I wish there were dates for the artifacts, all of them are presented as pre-contact. It's a decent size for such a small town museum. Small adjoining gift shop with NW Nations' stuff, not just Makah.
  • Excellent historical review. Interactive museum with a great good shop featuring local artists work. Pictures aren't allowed however it's a must see if you are in Neah Bay.
