  • Beautiful and interesting! It’s a nice but windy walk with great views and sand dollars…even a water fall! Interesting at low time in the morning to see fishing, crabbing and calming.

  • My favorite place. Such a beautiful place with mountains farmland and dairy cows and of course lush forests and bay views. Anywhere up and down the coast within 10 miles is breathtaking. I think I...

  • January, brisk air; "curtains" of mist alternate with forest showers. very gentle "stroll" along LOOK OUT Bay trail to "breath-in" Ocean spray floating up into the giant trees surrounding you. . .as You become mezzmerized into the blue, green, white, aqua waves far below the narrow path where you stand silent.
  • We stayed in a home we found on Air BnB on Happy Camp Road. There are many vacation rentals in the area and even on that street. That street is at the mouth of the bay so you get to see the bay and the open ocean. It's a beautiful place. We came here over New Years weekend. Very chilly but cozy with the woodburning fire. We had the beach to ourselves but the bay did get crowded with crab boats. We left around 7:30am and rented a boat and some pots from Netarts Bay RV Park and Marina. We purchased our permits online. Got on the water around 7:45am-8am. So fun. Got 5 crab and ate them that night. The place we rented the boat from cooked the crab for us.
