  • I almost do not want to review this place or give it a one star but I cannot. My wife and I love this place with a passion! We found it on a road trip exploring some of the more remote places in Nevada and fell in love! We love to swim here and just hang out in general. The water is cold but amazingly beautiful to swim in with a floating dock for climbing on and jumping off. The surrounding scenery is amazing. This place is like heaven and very well maintained by the State of Nevada. The entrance fee is only five dollars and trust me, it is money well spent!
  • This is one of the very best NV State Parks. There are campsites, picnic areas, hiking trails, wildlife and a wonderful lake for swimming and fishing. Photo-ops are everywhere. I got great pics of hummingbirds and other colorful birds and I walked the trail around the entire lake. The Park is very well maintained. Thank you to all the Rangers who protect this wildlife area. It is a beautiful place.
