Beautiful lake with giant Lahontan trout! Rules from the Paiute tribe are strict and they have patrolling police. Sutcliffe Lodge has the most well rounded small store with everything you could need. Watch the wind!

Pyramid Lake is a very cool place to visit in Northern Nevada. It is located about 30 minutes North of Reno and is an Indian Reservation due to the history of the lake which is quite unique. There are some unique rock features and great scenery in the area as well. Perfect for a half day trip to go explore.
