  • This place is nice, but only if you like the river rapids because thats what there basically is. Long lines. And there is more than 1 park with your paid entrance that you can switch  more »
  • Go for the onion rings and ribeye! The service is always fast and the people are friendly. The outdoor patio is right on the river with a great view.  more »

  • I went here earlier this summer with a group of three friends and we had an absolute blast. The park was extremely full as it was one of the busiest weekends of the year. The more popular rides like the master blaster and hillside had lines that were at least a couple hours long and often very hot, but that’s part of being at an amusement park and wanting to ride something that only takes two people at a time. The park has water fountains available for people in some of the longer lines. There were many rides that had minimal lines or no lines at all that were honestly as much fun if not more fun than the more popular rides with long waits. Our favorites were the torrent (no line at all as it is a big lazy river with a wave that comes through it every minute or two), the soda straws, and the downhill racer. The park also allows you to bring in any food or drinks that you want (no alcohol or glass containers for safety reasons) which is awesome if you want to keep the cost of your visit down. The food they serve here is tasty but a little expensive (again, this is what you would expect at an amusement park). I love taking people here when they come to town to visit. Full Disclosure: I worked at the park for two summers as recently as a couple years ago. The staff members enjoy working here and take their jobs very seriously.
  • Had a great time at one of the best water parks in America. Lots to do and kept my 2 kids (5 and 8) busy all day. We went in early September. Weather was still warm enough and the park was not too crowded. Pro tip: rent a cabana for the day. It serves as a base camp and gives you a place to relax and get out of the sun.
  • Generally fun, tickets vary 35 to 70$ depending on time and coupons. Strongly suggest adult trip first, then kids, get a feel for the park. As school begins the park is generally understaffed and begin shutting down parts of the park. Week days tend to be less crowded and more enjoyable. Get there about 30 min prior to opening (10am) for good parking and pick out the first couple rides you want to do. Not much of a line then so enjoy. Then spend the rest of the day relaxing. No out side alcohol brought in to water park, resort may be different (to your room) no glass. Other then that enjoy!
  • Best and biggest water Park I have ever been to. It was awesome!!!! I am so glad we went! The rides are long and the wait time short. I am told things can get backed up when they are super busy. There are so many things to do there that you really don’t have to wait. Just keep looking and you will find something to do till the line thins. I wish I had taken my phone for pics. I was too worried that I would get it wet. But the park sells a waterproof necklace type carrier. It was beautiful there. Great time for all who love water fun. Great camping sites available. Buses to take you from one side of the park to the other. You can bring in your own food and drinks. Picnic areas are large shady and clean. I am a veteran of water parks, have been going since the 1970’s and I am not easy to impress. My family always vacationed on the Gulf Coast, so I have been to a lot of water parks all over the South. This is what you look for in a water park. I am definitely going back! Wear a good pair of Water shoes and go for it!
  • They don't cater to the handicap, no feminine pads or tampons sold there (No elevators). Yet the rides were thrilling and loads of fun. There are rides I didn't have enough time for. Make sure you have excellent cardiovascular, lung and leg health to make it to some of the best rides in the park. One day is not enough to cover the entire place, because there are 3 locations to visit in total.
