    It justifies the name, so peaceful. Quick drive, ample parking, ample boats, nice trail path for walkers and joggers. They do have restrooms, water fountain, air pump. Multiple benches for big families, nice place to have family picnic. Would love to visit multiple times.

    An absolute must ! The lake is big even on a packed day! Plenty of trails to or run and accessible for most of the lake. It is a decent lake but very choppy even on a calm day nice area to paddle board or kayak. If you have a inflatable SUP like I do there’s a nice place at soldiers point to park close use your electric pump and unload before parking which is convenient..A gorgeous nature park all in all definitely recommend..
