New Britain Youth Museum, New Britain

Very cute quiet spot. Only $3/kid on a Sunday. $10 minimum for a card payment so we bought from the “gift shop” cute little Knick knacks. Two large rooms. The main room has several stations and many many things to do for children of all ages. I would say 2-8, but it’s best for 2-5 for an extended period of time. There were also more advanced stations options with microscopes , X-rays and puzzles for them to do. A side room has a large “grocery store” two play kitchens, a play dining room table. A large table full of. Crayons markers and color pencils and pages for coloring. A secret upstairs room filled with stars and planets. Very cute and entertaining for about 2 hours and low cost. The lady there is very nice. It can get a little disorganized but from the looks of it she doesn’t have any help and there are many many children playing with the Toys. But I saw her trying to clean up when she could. I would recommend!
