    Small museum but the train ride is well worth the trip. I also highly recommend the behind the scene tour. Bob was our guide and we were able to see memorabilia that was being restored. On that tour.....  more

    Literally, Bells and Whistles throughout the trip! Well worth the drive from Louisville for a quiet train ride with grandson and Great Grandparents. No frills, but clean train cars through...

    Great experience, the volunteers are the heroes. The people at the ticket counter are very helpful.....as mobile signal is so poor (T Mobile), they gave us a printed direction to help us get back to I 64.

    Very nice museum with a large selection of 1:1 scale equipment. It's just up the road from both of Lincoln's early life/birthplace locations. Easy to visit all 3 of the above in one day. One could even squeeze in a short visit to Mammoth caves, although Mammoth deserves an entire day to itself.
