  • This is a beautiful park that's had quite a bit for an in town park. There is a dog park, skate park, beach volleyball court, baseball field, and a music venue in the section in front of the Landis and Mcdonalds'. There is also a brand-new restroom by the pavilion with picnic benches next to the skate park. There's a great trail that leads from the fire station in Sellersville past the giant in Perkasie. There are a bunch of baseball fields all around the park. A disk golf course also resides in the park. This park even has an outdoor fitness class that exercises in the park, it looks like fun; they flip big tires and have a bunch of equipment to work with.
  • Lenape is very pleasant with the E. Branch of the Perkiomen Creek flowing through it, and picturesque suspension bridges. Great for a walk, run, or bicycle riding. However I, and others, have observed that it could be maintained better. It's understandable if Perkasie and Sellersville do not have the resources or personnel for pristine upkeep. But if it was announced that volunteers are needed for a certain Saturday, I believe many residents would pitch in and help. The creek banks could be cleared better, and the poison ivy which grows wildly could be removed. Of course any litter could be cleaned up too.
