Love this place. Beauty, history and great food all on one place. Recommend you tour the house and the gardens. Then catch a bite to eat at the cafe. They treat you like family!!
The gardens are beautiful! Very well maintained and peaceful. A winding path takes you through "forests" of bamboo, gardens of jasmine and drift roses,etc. Next time I will take the guided tour (every hour on the hour) because I'm sure there is still a lot that was missed on my self tour.
