  • Whatever your plans are, you should change them and head to Windblown. Why? Because right now they have a 28" base and the skiing is outstanding. The grooming is top notch and there is a great variety of trails from easy to intermediate to a couple made for experts only. The slope is a great place to practice your turns and stops. And the center is a fabulous place to come in and warm up for a bit. Head upstairs and enjoy a snack and the enveloping warmth from the wood stove!
  • You'll find a lot of very well groomed trails in this place. I enjoyed skiing in this place, but get ready for some workout as it's a bit hilly. There are so many trail options that you'll end up wondering where to go on every intersection. The one complain I have is their map which does not show enough details.
